Now I have to count how many reading units are left and plot them on the calendar to see how many of these great end of the year activities I can fit in!

    Love your blog.

Just curious, is that a 'c' in yellow?

    Hey Abby,
I love your blog! You are so clever and creative!!! Im jealous that you only have 33 more days, I have 50 more and am ready for summer already!

Quick question for you, what font did you use to make the text highlighted in different colors?
    Thanks,
    Beth

Absolutely adorbs! I am waiting to hear when we finish.

@ Beth- You can highlight the text with any font. Go to PowerPoint and select Text Effects, and then Glow. You can choose any color you want. It's fun!

    Love you Abby girl!!!!

We just starting reading Charlotte's Web today. We finished the first chapter and my kiddos begged to read one more. I think they are really getting into it.

I have been drooling over your Wizard Of Oz unit. I think I will officially have to head over to your store and pick it up! Looks like you have a lot of fun stuff lined up for the end of the year.

    Hi Abby,
I love your blog! Thanks for all your creative ideas.

One quick question, how do you make your text colored? I like how it is black but then is outlined in different colors!

    Thanks,
    Beth

I can't believe how quickly you get out for summer. You are in full-on countdown mode!! 🙂 We always do the same themes every year but I can't wait to see your Derby unit. Maybe I can swing a switch!

P.S. Because I don't think I told you, I am LOVING your cute little bob. Short hair is adorable on you and I hope you still like it. I know it take some adjusting!!

I am running out of time to include all these fun units/ideas! Just wondering how you create such a cute calendar. It would probably take me days.

    Hi Abby,

I saw that you are doing a Derby/Kentucky unit. I teach 4th grade, but I was wondering what all you do for that. I am trying to come up with some fun activities this year.

    Thanks,

I hope your Derby unit is something I can use with 4th graders. I am a KY teacher and would love to be able to use the unit.

I am in Louisville and we have Derby FEVER down here! I absolutely can't wait to see what Derby fun you come up with, because I have absolutely no ideas for 1st grade (taught K previously… don't want to recycle ideas when I have the same kiddos!)
