    joined 3 days ago!! During your morning fast… do you just drink water or tea as well??? If so… what is your go to tea????

    Also, do you recommend the journal??

    Three WEEKS! Lol! I do water and coffee and usually a cup of tea in the evening. I love chamomile and lavender tea from Traditional Medicinals – mine is from Target, but they’re at Kroger, too! The journal just came out and I haven’t snagged a copy yet, but I hear the VIP gals are loving it!

    Do you know if this would still work if I have Celiac’s disease and have to eat gluten-free? What if one does not have a smart phone, can you still access MyFitnessPal on the computer?

    Hey, Melodie! The answer is YES! FWTFL actually encourages you to eat gluten-free, so that shouldn’t be an issue. And, you can totally log into the free online portal instead of the phone app. Let me know if I can answer any further questions for you!

    I signed up!! Im so glad I saw your blogpost because I had never heard of FWTFL before! I think the thing that has me the most nervous is figuring out what to eat! I’ve used MyFitnessPal to track calories for a while so I’m good there. I need to figure out this macro business! Lol

    Yaaaay! So excited for you, Amanda! The program will walk you through using MFP to track your macros – it’s super comprehensive. You’ll understand it in no time!     So I have some questions…
    Are the workouts and meals custom for each person or do we all do the same thing?
    I am trying to get back into running. Can I do running in addition to the workouts?
    Are the meals easy to make and simple easy to get ingredients?

    Hey, Laura! Okay, so you have a lot of freedom to eat what you want within your personal macros (protein, fat, carbs). There are low cab days, regular macros days, and low macros days, in addition to intermittent fasting. There are meal suggestions and recipes, but I appreciate the flexibility to customize what I’m eating based on what I like! You can learn more on the FWTFL website. There are lots of runners in the program, who incorporate it alongside or in place of the recommended daily workouts! Should you sign up, the coaches will assist you with incorporating your runs into the program!

    Schools out and I have started working out last week. I saw this on Instagram and was impressed with what I’ve read. My biggest concern is the meals. I have a family of three men and myself, which always hesitates me with the eating part. Trying to feed them doesn’t always comply with what I want to eat. I’m afraid I’ll starve them with what I’m going to eat. They like their meals. I’m wondering are the meals filling enough for grown men also. (Husband and 2 sons)

    Hey, Cathy! I’m feeding a family of five, too, though my kiddos are all under ten. However, I create a meal that everyone will eat, and I just make substitutions and accommodations as necessary! For instance, if I’m fixing burgers for my family, I won’t eat the bun and instead of fries, I’ll have a big ol’ salad! If they have spaghetti, I’ll use veggie spirals instead of noodles. There is a LOT of flexibility within FWTFL, allowing you to accommodate your lifestyle and family. The general rule is: if it comes from the earth or has a mother, it’s game! I’m still eating steak and potatoes with my family, though I might have less of the starchy stuff and more greens! Please email me at if I can help you in any way!
