So this is the part of the school year where I tell you that – while I love my job – I miss having a classroom! The holidays are such a fun time of year to be a classroom teacher! When I taught my firsties last year, we worked on making predictions with our buddy, The Candy Corn Bandit. I even wrote a midnight serenade about him, which I blogged about last year. Go read it only if you like corny. Candy corny, that is. My pumpkins had oh-so-much-fun hunting down this masked man. They even referenced him several times throughout the rest of the school year, blaming him for any classroom mischief! If you’d like to get in on this candy caper {making predictions} action, you can get this fun-filled pack on sale for a limited time for four bucks right now in my TpT shop. It’s a great activity to incorporate into Halloween party day, too. {‘Cause goodness knows when you’re in school the day of trick-or-treat it is. all. over. On second though, you should just call in sick. Ha!} Anyway, click HERE for more details! Sorry, I just have to post these for sentimental purposes – the kids looking for candy caper clues! They were soooooo cute! Aw, I miss them! I also did some pumpkin seed activities with *freebies* found HERE. I hope everyone is having a great week!
