    I love to get up early, too. I sit quietly with my cup of coffee and watch as the world wakes up. We have a wonderful wrap around porch where I can sit in the summer mornings. When my children were small, I would take my morning walks while they slept (dad was home with them, of course). It was my devotional. Happy holidays to your precious family!

  4. We always listened to Kenny G, too- it makes me feel so peaceful. And around this time of year, peace is surprising hard to come by!

  8. Yes, yes, yes. I agree that it's the best time of day. This school year I've been waking up at 4:50 each day. I use that early morning time to exercise and have my quiet time. I treasure that time and love how it prepares my heart for the day ahead.
