Cara and I spent many a Google Hang Out planning out all of the fun you’re about to see, and even spent a fabulous afternoon with some amazing second grade teachers sharing all things ((Throw) Back to School – dressed as Wayne and Garth, no less.

We created these activities to help you begin building a strong community of learners right from the first day of school. As a classroom teacher, you hold the power to cultivate relationships with and between your students, establish a safe and responsive learning environment, and ignite passion and enthusiasm for learning through engagement.
