FASTer Way to Fat Loss: An Update

Truth be told: I am still loooooooving FASTer Way to Fat Loss. Typically, I will “try” an exercise/eating plan for, oh, a month or two before I am OVER IT. However, I made the commitment to myself to do FWTFL for one.whole.year. No excuses. I wasn’t looking for dramatic weight loss or a quick fix or, basically, anything remotely gimmicky.  I wanted something that I could easily incorporate into my lifestyle that made me feel good and improved my overall health. Fortunately, FWTFL was designed just for busy women like me (and probably YOU, too!) and it produces BIG results. I’m toning up all over, my clothes fit better,  and overall I just feel better!

My favorite part of the whole program is the flexibility it offers. The work outs are varied and I can still eat my favorite foods. If I’m going to commit to something longterm, these are musts for me. I like myself and myself likes wine and cheese and Saturday donuts. I cannot deny her that.
