Teaching and Donuts.

Hello, my name is Abby.  And…
I
LOVE
DONUTS
Powdered, sugared, sprinkled, glazed, cake.  Love. Them. ALL.
Seriously, what is it about being a teacher and everyone always having donuts on hand?  Meetings, celebrations, baby and wedding showers, breakfast.  I cannot avoid them.
I even make a conscious effort to start my day off with this affirmation: 
I love donuts, but I will not eat them today no matter what.  I already ate oatmeal.

But, nope.  I fail. Day after day after day.
If there is a donut, I am eating that dang donut.  
Is this just at my school or is there a universal donut love at schools nationwide?
Please, tell me I’m not alone!
By the way, my favorite is a chocolate frosted chocolate cake donut.  Should you ever want to send me a dozen.  But, please don’t.  Because I will eat them.
