The Science of March + Rainbow Freebie!

So excited to introduce The Science of March to y’all!  It was a true labor of love, and my house shows severe neglect as a result of a 2-week creativity bender.  #whoneedslceanclothesanyway

This resource is absolutely brimming with activities and resources for you to successfully implement four weeks worth of science and cross-curricular activities into your primary classroom.  The Science of March covers clouds, rainbows, spring weather, and the sun, moon, & stars!

While I’m thinking about it,  Cara and I have had some questions regarding what grades our science packs would most benefit.  We strongly believe that these activities can easily fit into grades K-2, and this is our target audience when it comes to selecting texts, creating activities, and designing resources.  Naturally, younger kiddos will need more support and accommodations, but I think that’s a given!

Could these activities work in 3rd grade?  Well, neither of us have ever taught third grade, but I personally believe that any amazing 3rd grade teacher could use our science packs effectively with more challenging texts, setting higher expectations, and increased rigor.  Totally your call, though!

And, just for fun, here’s a few freebies to use if you plan to study rainbows in the near future 🙂
