Welcome to The Inspired Apple!

 

So, here it is, my new teaching blog designed by the fabulous and oh so talented Cara Carroll of The First Grade Parade! {If you’d like your own design, visit her at Oh So Spoiled!} And, I have to say, working with Cara is oh so worth it. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

 

Please know, The Inspired Apple is a work in progress and I’m still updating the sidebar with my favorite blogs and links. I’d love for you to follow along, and feel free to grab a button if you feel so obliged 🙂 I will still be blogging at Babbling Abby about life, Becks, thrifting and home remodeling. I will likely still talk about my love for Diet Coke here and there. However, teaching-related material will be posted exclusively here.

 

I have so many posts swirling around in my mind for this blog, and Teacher Week will be making a comeback in March. I will post details soon!

 

Lastly, y’all have inspired me tremendously. I wouldn’t have even created this blog without my many supportive readers, or the other gobzillions of teacher blogs that I read daily as fuel for my creativity. And, let me tell you, there are some *dang* amazing teachers out there! I’ve become a better teacher by learning from many of you.

 

A less fluffy post to come soon. Likely involving my obsessive addiction to the Target Dollar Spot…
