Hey, y’all! Today I’m sharing an inferencing investigation activity with you!
But first…
The past week has gone a little something like this:
HappyBirthdayMerryChristmasHappyNewYearsEve.
I turned 31, celebrated our Savior’s birth, and will ring in 2014 all within a week of each other! I mean, I’ve been doing it all my life…but that doesn’t make it any easier! Especially with a 5 and A HALF year old and a peanut in the NICU. Crazytown x 1000. I’ve never lived my life so day-by-day ever. These days, though, I just wake up and wait for everything to work itself out. A great testament to letting The Big Man do His thang.
Anyway, are you already prepping for the upcoming second half of the school year? One of my faaaaave winter activities is this Inferencing Investigation Activity! Students get to sort through “Snow Day Case Files” and examine evidence to figure out how a kiddo and his grandma spent their Snow Day together!
This activity includes a detailed lesson plan, sample pictures, and additional activities to extend your instruction of inferences. This is typically a challenging topic to teach to your little ones, but this kid-tested and teacher-approved activity will really help your students understand. And, IT’S FUN! Promise! If you already own it, it’s recently been updated to include new graphics and fonts. Re-download it for free or go snatch a copy HERE.
And, if you’re fast, you can get it for 20% off!!!!, To ring in the New Year, there’s a little *sale* going on in my TpT store…
