Tomorrow marks the start of DECEMBER. December, you all. What on earth?! I feel like we just rang in 2016, and here we’ll be ushering it out in 31 days. Crazy!

In the mean time, there’s still approximately three weeks of teaching left, which means you’re pointing out the motion detectors found throughout the school quite frequently (THOSE ARE SANTA CAMS! AND, HE’S WATCHING!) because even the best of us cannot compete with the excitement that the impending arrival of that jolly red elf brings.

However, I think I have something that could help.  An incentive that creates good feels for all.

With multiple options for printing, non-Christmas themed alternatives, and dollar store treat suggestions for each one, you absolutely can’t go wrong! You kiddos will love these dollar store holiday awards! Anything that motivates students, brings peace during the crazy, and promotes goodwill in the classroom is a MAJOR win in my books.

If you want to go all out, you can provide each recipient with a full color personalized certificate, corresponding badge, and a treat that you can pick up for a buck at your favorite dollar store.

If you need easy-peasy, then print out the black and white copy and let your students personalize the certificates and badges themselves! Simple and FUN.
