This all-inclusive printable intervention bundled resource is perfect for kindergarten and first grade students to practice the short vowel sounds, CVC words, sight words, decoding, and fluency during small group instruction.

It was designed to help you design your small group or RTI block with minimal effort and maximum benefit for you and your students. Teachers appreciate the skills-based activities and minimum prep, while students love the varied, engaging activities.

Each short vowel set includes three decodable mini-books (in color and black and white) that focus on five CVC words where the medial vowel is the same and five different sight words. They follow a simple, predictable text pattern that will give your students skill practice and instant success!

• Eight follow-up game and activity worksheets (4 with CVC words and 4 with sight words)
• CVC word cards with matching picture cards based on the mini-book
• Sight word and CVC cards based on the mini-book
