How to Make a Handwriting Worksheet

This is a simple post that will teach you how to make a handwriting worksheet. Use it with your child at home or your students at school. Free and easy!

While I make most of my children’s handwriting worksheets in PowerPoint, I found an easier way! This is a super simple way that uses an online worksheet generator. Fill out a couple pieces of information and BOOM! you have a handwriting worksheet that you can print in less than a minute. Really, it’s that easy.

Online Worksheet Generator

Here is a sample of a name tracing practice worksheet that I created using the online generator. I just plugged in my name and chose the dotted font that I wanted to use.

I like that this style gives children guidance and lines to stay within, as well as the dots for where to start their strokes.
